Coincidence, or what?

"Settling down on a flight to Delhi recently, I opened my copy of An Evil Cradling by Brian Keenan, recently purchased from Oxfam in Westbury on Trym (about his imprisonment as a hostage in Lebanon, since you ask).
Imagine my surprise when an old bookmark fell out, in the form of the attached photograph below. It appears to be a Hash activity of many years ago, when Spider was thin!
Can anyone explain?"
