The elegant Georgian City of Bath was doubly unlucky on All Hallows Eve this year. Not only did it have to contend with the forces of darkness, Old Nick, Beelzebub, The Evil One and all his teriible minnions, but they also had to put up with Bristol Hash House Harriers, who were running on the same night.
