ello, and welcome to the Kennet and Avon Hash House Harriers! The "K&AH3" was formed on 31st July 1991 by Lee Naish and Mike Triplett, and the 1000th run was celebrated in November 2009.
Runs are within about ten miles of Bath, a famous Roman Spa City, in the West of England, and take place from carefully-selected pubs every Wednesday at 19.30 hours (with a few exceptions). Each run is designed to last between an hour and an hour-and-a quarter. Fitness is NOT a pre-requisite and many hashers prefer to walk and/or chat for parts of the course. See "What IS Hashing?" in the menu on the left for what Hashing is all about, and also visit the sites of the many other clubs in the area, and throughout the world.

To contact us, please either ring Pinky on 07720 413061, or send a message to . Or simply turn up at one of the venues on the RUN LIST.

Mendip Hasher's Incredible Achievement:
John Reynolds runs 440 miles in under 6½ days for Children's Hospice South West!

John says: "After being out on the road for a week enduring torrential rain, gale force winds and even bearing the effects of sunburn, I was really glad to finish in the grounds of Bath Abbey. Never have I been so glad to be back at home after having just over four hours sleep in total for the week.
Having just added up the total mileage from the log book, which looks to be pretty accurate, I make the total distance for the 6 days, 8 hours and 10 minutes: 440.28 miles.
The whole run was an incredible experience only achievable by the incredible team work from all involved. Looking back over the run I feel so proud to know, and to be part of, such a great team and to show the world just what we can achieve when we all pull together.
Many thanks and very best wishes."
